The Shareholders of the IT Consultants PLC. (ITC) approved 12% in cash dividend for the year 2024-25. The approval came from the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company held on Sunday, December 07, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. using Hybrid System in combination of both online and physical presence at SKS Convention Hall, SKS Tower (Level-9), 7 VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dkhaka- 1206.

Mr. Lim Kiah Meng, Chairman, Dr. Kazi Saifuddin Munir, Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Md. Kamal Uddin, FCA, Independent Director, Mr. Dasgupta Asim Kumar, Independent Director, Mrs. Suriya Begum, Independent Director, Other Overseas Directors, Mr. Shyamal Kanti Karmakar, CFO and Mr. Anindya Sarkar FCS, Company Secretary were present in the meeting.
