3DS ACS — VISA & MasterCard Certified

Authenticate Every Online Card Transaction

Operates a VISA and MasterCard certified Access Control Server (ACS) to authenticate 3D Secure (3DS) e-commerce transactions, with regular audits conducted to maintain certification and compliance standards.

What we do

We operate a VISA and MasterCard certified Access Control Server (ACS) for our client banks, authenticating 3D Secure (3DS) transactions for their cardholders’ online purchases — audited regularly to maintain certification and compliance.

Why it matters

Without 3DS authentication, your bank carries the fraud risk on every online transaction. Building and certifying an ACS in-house means constant scheme audits and real cost. We run it as part of your existing Q-Cash relationship, so you don’t have to.

Electronic Case Management

Traffic Fines, Digitized

POS-powered case management that lets traffic police issue and collect fines on the spot — no paperwork, no cash.

What we do

We provide the POS application powering Electronic Case Management for Dhaka Metropolitan Police, Chattogram Metropolitan Police, and other traffic units — letting officers process fines digitally in the field, through card or Bangla QR.

Why it matters

Cash-based fine collection is slow, hard to track, and easy to dispute. A POS-based system gives traffic police an instant, verifiable way to collect payments in the field — while giving the department a fully digital record of every transaction.

Green PIN

No More Waiting on a Mailer

Electronic PIN generation and reset for Q-Cash cardholders, through ATM, IVR, or SMS — secure, instant, paperless.

What we do

We provide Green PIN services to Q-Cash member banks, letting cardholders set and change their card PIN electronically — through ATM, IVR, or SMS — without waiting on a physical PIN mailer.

Why it matters

Physical PIN mailers are slow, costly to produce and deliver, and carry a real risk of being lost or intercepted in transit. Green PIN removes all of that — cardholders get instant, secure control over their own PIN, and banks cut both the cost and risk of paper-based PIN delivery.

We deliver transaction notifications to Q-Cash cardholders via SMS and e-alert, operating under our own Application-to-Person (A2P) aggregator license — keeping account activity visible in real time.

Cardholders expect to know the moment their account moves — a purchase, withdrawal, or transfer. Without instant alerts, banks lose an easy fraud tripwire and customers lose trust. Running this in-house through ITC’s licensed A2P setup means banks don’t have to secure or manage a separate SMS aggregator relationship themselves.

Dispute Management Support

What we do

We provide Dispute Management Support (DMS) solutions and maintenance, helping banks handle and resolve transaction disputes in line with NPSB’s dispute policy — across both Q-Cash and NPSB transactions.

Why it matters

Under Bangladesh Bank’s dispute rules, cardholders can file a claim well after a transaction happens, and banks are required to investigate and resolve it within set timelines. Without a proper DMS in place, disputes drag on, frustrate customers, and put banks at risk of non-compliance.

Card Personalization

Every card, personalized securely

We operate a secure card bureau that handles encoding, embossing, and delivery for every debit, credit, and prepaid card your bank issues — with controlled access at every stage.

How it works

    Encode

    Cardholder data is loaded and encoded onto the chip and magnetic stripe, verified for accuracy before moving forward.

    Emboss

    Card number, name, and expiry are embossed and finished to scheme and bank specification.

    Deliver

    Finished cards are securely tracked and delivered to the bank or cardholder, end to end.
